At OYSTER Suncare Pty Ltd (OShell TM) of 36 Bayshore Lane, Byron Bay, NSW 2481, our aim is for all our customers to be happy and loved up with every product they have ordered.

If you purchased on our website for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at hello@oystersuncare.com.au or +61431 725 204 and we will happily look at your inquiry.    

However, if you purchased your product from one of our stockist (online or physical) please contact them directly. 

WARRANTY AGAINST DEFECTS:

We provide a warranty that our products are free of defects. If any product has defects the consumer will be (by us or through a stockist) fully refunded or exchanged, as long as we (if purchased through our website) or the supplier (if you purchased through a third party) are notified within 48 hours of the customer receiving their product at the email address above. The refund or exchange (including the costs of returning the product) will be at our cost. The benefits given to the consumer by this warranty are in addition to other rights or remedies of the consumer under a law in relation to the goods to which this warranty relates.

CHANGE OF MIND:

Please note that due to hygiene reasons OYSTER Suncare Pty Ltd. is unable to process refunds or exchanges on any products unless containing defects.

If for some reason you receive the wrong product through an order on our website, we will gladly exchange it for the correct order. Please contact us at hello@oystersuncare.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your order.

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW:

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
